This crucial role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from onboarding and integrating new clients to ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Additionally, they bring dynamic business analysis to align customer needs with our offerings.

One essential function of our finance and accounting team—something near and dear to any client’s heart—is the careful attention given to ensure the integrity of our customer invoicing. The software we use to track billable and non-billable time provides an accurate overview of the work performed. This information is reviewed multiple times throughout its journey to the final invoice: by the project team’s technical lead, project manager, billing team, account manager, and senior management. Our objective is to provide accurate and transparent details for all billed services.

Last but not least, our administrative staff offers a variety of support services that keep the office running smoothly. Whether it’s ensuring we have adequate supplies, answering customer calls, coordinating meetings or travel arrangements, providing administrative support to executive leaders, or planning events for the team, they do it all with the flexibility to meet changing demands and get the job done.
