These individuals bring their knowledge, skills, and experience to the table every day.
Our Project Managers provide the collaborative leadership, communication skills, and strategic thinking required to keep everything running smoothly. Their daily focus on budgeting both time and resources ensures we deliver high-quality results within targeted deadlines, which in turn enhances stakeholder satisfaction, both internally and externally.
The Account Manager is typically a client’s first point of contact with our organization. They liaise between the customer and internal teams. This crucial role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from onboarding and integrating new clients to ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Additionally, they bring dynamic business analysis to align customer needs with our offerings.
One essential function of our finance and accounting team—something near and dear to any client’s heart—is the careful attention given to ensure the integrity of our customer invoicing. The software we use to track billable and non-billable time provides an accurate overview of the work performed. This information is reviewed multiple times throughout its journey to the final invoice: by the project team’s technical lead, project manager, billing team, account manager, and senior management. Our objective is to provide accurate and transparent details for all billed services.
Last but not least, our administrative staff offers a variety of support services that keep the office running smoothly. Whether it’s ensuring we have adequate supplies, answering customer calls, coordinating meetings or travel arrangements, providing administrative support to executive leaders, or planning events for the team, they do it all with the flexibility to meet changing demands and get the job done. As part of this team, I firmly believe that mutual trust, admiration, and respect for fellow team members fosters camaraderie and success. And, of course, a good-natured sense of humor and a smile always helps.
